Since I started up the twitter account in November 2013, I’d always toyed with the idea of starting a blog to go along with it. In February 2015, it became a reality.
As you’ll know if you follow me on twitter, I’m just a fan who loves following the game. My goals for the blog and the twitter are simple: provide coverage and analysis across all three NCAA divisions and summer leagues, offer everyone a place to discuss things, and get people excited about my favorite sport. College baseball brings a lot that pro ball often doesn’t: competitiveness, intensity, emotion, humor, tradition, quirky playing styles, true upsets, neck-and-neck title chases, win-or-go-home playoffs, and a whole lot more. I’m trying to get as many people as possible to jump on for the ride.
If you have questions, suggestions for content, spot any errors or inaccuracies, or disagree with me about something, let me know! I’m a big believer in learning from mistakes and seeing things from all angles. I’ll respond as quickly as I can to comments here or tweets over @NECollegeBsbl. Cheers.
What about giving a shout out to Uconn Avery Point and Roger Bidwell going to the NJCAA World Series in Oklahoma??
